AMI-Middle East FZ-LLC (formerly S.E.E. Solutions FZ-LLC) is a Dubai based boutique consulting firm that combines environmental passion, business best
practices, and engineering expertise to support green-technology providers and building owners facing sustainability challenges.
Established in 2014, AMI-Middle East became an affiliate of AMI S.A.R.L. in 2019 when both companies came under common control. Each company continued to
operate independently within its own specialty and market until early 2025, when they executed a consulting and partnership agreement to extend AMI S.A.R.L
services and expertise across the GCC region. Subsequently, S.E.E. Solutions FZ-LLC was renamed AMI-Middle East FZ-LLC to reflect this partnership and present a
single, unified identity throughout the region.
